Corrections
This is the one we most want to receive. If a price is out of date, a plan limit is wrong, or a tool has changed since we wrote about it, send us the article link and what's wrong — a link to the vendor's current page is ideal. We'll verify, correct the article, and update its "last verified" date. Software pricing moves faster than any review schedule, and readers catch things we miss.
Disagreements
If you've used a tool we recommended and had a very different experience, we'd like to hear the specifics. We can't publish every reader's account, but repeated reports about the same problem change how we rank things — and have more weight with us than any vendor's feature list.
Coverage requests
Tell us what you're trying to decide and we'll put it on the list. We prioritise categories where the decision is expensive to get wrong and the existing coverage is thin.
For vendors
You're welcome to send product access, documentation, or a correction of a factual error about your product — all three are useful and we'll treat them on the merits. What we don't do: sponsored posts, paid placement, paid links, guest posts, link exchanges, or sharing drafts before publication. Please don't ask; the answer won't change, and it's the whole reason this site is worth reading.
If we've written something factually wrong about your product, that gets fixed quickly and gladly. If we've written something unflattering but accurate, it stays.
