What this is
The SaaS Wire is an independent software review publication at thesaaswire.com, operated by 7 Pixel Soluções, Tecnologia e Marketing LTDA, a registered technology and marketing company in Brazil.
We publish buyer-intent content for people actively choosing business software: category roundups, individual reviews, and head-to-head comparisons. Primary language English, targeting North America and Europe. Spanish, German and Portuguese editions planned.
Where we are, stated plainly
We launched in September 2026. We are a new publication with no meaningful traffic history yet, and we would rather tell you that than have you discover it. What we offer at this stage is not audience size — it is a specific editorial standard, applied consistently, that you can verify in ten minutes on the live site.
If your program requires established traffic volume, we are not a fit today and we would rather hear that now. We will reapply when the numbers justify it.

Our editorial rules
These are the terms we work under, published so partners know what to expect before approaching us.
- Every price is verified against your own pricing page and published with the date we checked it. We never quote pricing from memory, from another blog, or from affiliate materials.
- We publish real drawbacks for every tool we recommend, including our top picks and including tools that pay us the most. A review with no cons section is an advertisement.
- Testing depth is labelled on every assessment — "used in production", "hands-on tested", or "researched, not tested". We never imply more experience than we have.
- We recommend tools that pay us nothing when they are the right answer. Ghost and Substack currently rank 3rd and 5th in our email roundup and neither has an affiliate program.
- The ranking is written before any affiliate link is added, so commission rates cannot become a ranking factor.
What we do not do
Stated up front to save everyone time:
- No paid placement, sponsored posts, paid links or guest posts. We do not sell coverage at any price.
- No draft approval. No vendor sees a review before it publishes, and no vendor has a veto over a criticism.
- No brand bidding. We do not bid on partner brand terms in paid search.
- No coupon-stuffing or cookie-stuffing. Links appear in editorial context only.
If we have published something factually wrong about your product, that gets corrected quickly and gladly — write to contact@thesaaswire.com. If we have published something unflattering but accurate, it stays.
What is genuinely useful to send us
- Product access — a trial or partner account. This is the most valuable thing you can offer: it moves our assessment from "researched, not tested" to "hands-on tested", which is better for your product and for our readers.
- Brand assets and official product screenshots. We use official imagery with credit rather than capturing your marketing pages.
- Current pricing and plan limits, especially ahead of a change. We will verify independently, but a heads-up means we correct faster.
- Factual corrections, with a link to the source.
